Daily Tip: Stay warmed in heart, mind and body. Walk.

I keep a walking blog.  It is a way for me to stay on track.
If you need a way to unwind, one simple, easy way is walking.
I listen to oldtime radio plays and my dogs walk with me,
I generally notice a marked improvement in my mood.
The walks act as a mood enhancer, and also a fat burner.
Walk every day, and stay warmed in heart, mind and body.
