Daily Tip: Do what you have to do to make it through.
“Patience is the ability to idle your motor when you feel like stripping your gears.”~ Barbara Johnson
Most of life is work. Sucky, yucky work. If you have ADD/ADHD it can be dreadful to get up each morning and think about all the distasteful tasks there are to do.
Don't dwell on how awful it is to do them.
Make your daily list of mandatory tasks, and go about doing the good and not so good suff you have to do.
Then take a break and relax.
Focus on all the things you love and remember:
You did what you had to do, and you made it through.
You are a winner!
Peace,
Amy Zents
