Daily Tip: Sleep baby, sleep! with a good breathing technique

Relax before sleep?

How do you do that?

The topic of good sleep is a vast one, but today I will address one method of helping you relax to get to sleep, so that you will function better in every aspect of your life because you have more energy and got your proper sleep.
Some people advocate that listening to music is the key to their falling asleep.  For some that works.
However, many musicians will say it's hard to listen to the genre of music they generally play, to help get themselves to drift off to sleep, because they find they are analyzing the music and thinking, and that keeps them awake!
Well, musicians and others might try a different tact
The method that is prominent and beneficial is using your diaphragmatic muscles to relax in a method of breathing called Diaphramatic breathing.
Dancers, singers, athletes, dancers and yoga gurus are taught the importance of it, but maybe they don't practice it as much as they should anymore.
