Daily Tip: Happy #smday, but don't let social media ruin your life!

Many folks and not just those of us with ADD/ADHD are prone to having our bums glued to the chairs in front of our PC's or laptops for hours on end socializing with others we may or may not be friends with.

The Simpsons showed Bart pretending to be a lonely middle-aged housewife flirting with a loser online. Lonely people may be gullible, children are also at risk. 
Everyone should protect their identity, and not reveal too much that might harm them. 
Don't be gullible, and be careful about doing business online, as well as dating online.
Thomas Jefferson is quoted as saying, "Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom." 
With so many bloggers and tweeters pretending to be everyone from Britney Spears, to Ashton Kutcher, be wary online and stay safe.
