Daily Tip: Tangible results can be recreational FUN!
Cleaning may be the last thing someone with A.D.H.D. or A.D.D. may consider recreational.
However, though you may not find time for it, you may discover if you MAKE time for the one thing you really need to do, such as exercise, or cleaning up the house, that just might be the thing to help you become less stressed-out.
Just develop a small habit of daily doing some mindless chore, and see the results.
It may become a habit, and then it's free-sailing from there on out!
You may discover you can have no trouble by NOT thinking about work.
Just do it, and you might realize you can be stronger and more cheerful with just one simple task.
Also, you might make the place look nicer for company!
Try it for cleaning the kitchen sink or visiting the gym for a good workout.
The results may be exciting!
You can do it!
Peace,
Amy
