Daily Tip: Don't let silence interrupt your work.

If you have A.D.H.D. or A.D.D., there may be a lot of factors that make you fail, and some of them have to do with comfort.
If it is too hot, too cold, too dull or too dark, then you needn't wonder why you sometimes procrastinate or shun work.
Perhaps you can change gears, do what it takes to change the climate or the conditions and make yourself more comfortable.
Take for example, what if silence makes you freeze?  It may be uncomfortable for you to spend too much time alone in quiet thinking and dwelling on the many ideas that overwork your tired brain, so instead of running away from your responsibilities, try and see if you can turn on the tunes and the stories. Use your radio or mp3 player and enjoy the sounds of the bigtime!
Peace,
Amy
