Think about Beethoven's 5th Symphony, it has different movements.
You have movements throughout your day and so do I.
I guess you could say you and I are a SYMPHONY in motion!
We should distinguish what the theme and motive of our day is.
:-)
Do you start off slow or fast? Are your ideas or emotions MAJOR (positive) or MINOR (dark, negative.)
Figure it out and use the time and tempers that you have to build on your challenging goals.
Whether spirited or wiped, you can work with your moods!
And in the lyrical, long-flowing slow movements..do what you can to get things you need done.
Especially relaxing and recreating, dining and resting.
Sometimes you must dance, and sometimes you must drop.
We should think about our energy-levels.
Make all our MOVEMENTS count! ;-)
