I find that when I try to change, such as trying to get a proper goodnight's sleep by insisting on getting to bed early, and rising early,the period of change causes drama and failure. So, the question is, do I still try even if I fail?
My mistake was being in bed too late one night around 330am, due to insomnia but insisting on rising too early. Well, I started to feel tired and sick the next day and from there on out my whole schedule got out of whack.
