Daily Tip: Outlaw pants without pockets, unless you don't have stuff

My cat doesn't need pockets.  He doesn't need to keep track of his stuff.

I have outlawed pants without pockets.  Pockets are what you desperately need is you have trouble keeping track of things.  Try pockets.  You have absolutely nothing to lose!  Pardon the pun.
