Besides the emotion of jealousy, one horrible emotion that often plagues those of us with A.D.H.D or A.D.D. is anger. Anger from unmet expectations is one of the worst reasons. How to deal with great expectations that do not come true?
One way is to really get real.
If you want to be frustrated and angry then lie to yourself.
If you want to go with the flow and be happy, find out what is true first.
How does one do that? Of course, experience helps. So does asking others, and finding out the answer by doing a little research.
The most important thing is not to be a sucker.
